POM6 allows users to submit and launch products, post comments, and interact with the community. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit, but you grant us a license to use it.

• License to POM6: By submitting content (e.g., product text, logos, screenshots, comments), you grant POM6 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services, including marketing and promotion.
• Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to submit content that is: illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, spam, malicious (e.g., malware or viruses), or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Moderation: POM6 reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to review, modify, or remove any content or product listing that violates our guidelines or detracts from the community experience.

4. Advertising and Payments

If you purchase an advertising campaign or premium placement on POM6 (via Stripe, PayPal, or other methods), you agree to pay the stated fees. Advertising slots are subject to availability. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or specified in a refund policy. POM6 guarantees placement as described but cannot guarantee specific click-through rates, conversions, or sales resulting from campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

The POM6 name, logo, site design, and exclusive content (excluding user-submitted products and logos) are the property of POM6 and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

POM6 and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. Under no circumstances shall POM6, its founders, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
