Real salaries from real people. No login walls. No data harvesting. No "create an account to unlock 3 results" nonsense. We built this because salary transparency shouldn't require a blood sample. Unlike Glass-on-the-floor, we don't need your email, your resume, your work history, or a 500-word review just to see a number. Every submission is anonymous. We don't log IPs. We don't use cookies. We don't even have a users table because there are no users. Just salaries. Raw, unfiltered, unaveraged.

I got so feed up going to Glassdoor and being login walled and forced to give data to get data. We give everyone freedom to browse or post completely anonymous.

Nice idea! But I assume you don't mean I could look up what my friend Joe makes, right? It's general salary ranges based on title and location? I ask because the description could sound slightly misleading. Best of luck!
