Persona

Persona is an AI-powered executive assistant designed to streamline meeting scheduling via email. Users initiate scheduling simply by telling Persona whom they want to meet with. Persona then drafts the email, places it into a queue, and allows the user to preview, edit, or reschedule as needed. Unless the user cancels the prompt, Persona sends the email and logs all interactions. It coordinates with the other party to find a suitable time on the user's calendar, sends out calendar invites, and keeps the user informed. What makes Persona special is its proactive nature and personalization. If a recipient doesn't respond, Persona can send follow-up emails automatically. It also learns user preferences, prioritizes important contacts, and can rearrange less critical meetings to accommodate high-priority ones.
