Turn your 50-page inspection report into negotiation leverage. Homebuyersmath doesn't just summarize your PDF; it audits it using a 4-way cross-check to find what the inspector missed—and what the seller is hiding. Core Features: The "Lie Detector": Cross-references the Seller's Disclosure (handwritten claims) against Inspection Photos (reality) and Listing Photos (marketing) to spot contradictions. Real Repair Costs: Extracts defects and calculates local repair estimates so you have a "Walk Away" number. Safety vs. Cosmetic: Separates terrifying "Safety Hazards" from minor "Handyman Specials" so you don't panic over small stuff. System Lifespans: Predicts the remaining life of the Roof, HVAC, and Water Heater based on the report data.

I built an AI that audits inspection reports. It finds contradictions between photos and disclosures, then estimates repair costs so you can negotiate better.

This is cool man, I am happy to upload the inspection from my recent home purchase - there were definitely things that were glaring that weren't discretely talked about in my report. I'll follow-up with outcome

@sean5963 Ok I have a full report back. The analysis is pretty quick was like 10 min for me. I have faith the info the report returned was solid, but it doesn't reel me in enough for $250 report visibilty

@sean5963 For example FREE PREVIEW DOCUMENTED REPAIR COSTS -$25,000 - $35,000 Exact amount available in full report (this is good) 📋 31 repair items found .... could be better if you showed like maybe a sneak

@sean5963 preview of some of the issues maybe even source images from the home assessment. Similarly you could embedded bids to contractors for potential fixes and things like that. Easy referral linking to contractor services

Really like this one. Any external data that adds to the output?
