It's hard to find work, a pain to work with brands, and you have to work to fluff up your metrics to get any decent rates. Bounty_OS has standardized payout rates based on the number of views you get. So if you can make a great video you can get a great payday. Current solutions in this space only go through discord, payout in crypto, have terrible support, and just are generally a little sketchy.
